The short version. Our watch faces do not collect, store, send or share any personal data. They have no account, no internet access, and no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK. Purchases are handled entirely by Google Play.
This policy covers every watch face published by Lakeside Digital on Google Play, including Nixie Glow, Christmas Countdown, Halloween Black Cat and Halloween Pumpkin. If you have a question about anything on this page, write to scanlystudio.support@proton.me and a person will answer.
Our watch faces are built with Google’s Watch Face Format. Each one is a package of images and a layout description that your watch renders itself; it contains no executable code of ours and requests no permissions. To show the time, date or battery level, the watch face reads these values from your watch while it is drawn. They stay on your watch and are not stored or sent anywhere.
Settings you choose in the watch face editor, such as the neon color, are saved by your watch’s system, on your watch only.
Watch faces are bought through Google Play. Google processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We receive only the aggregated sales and installation reports Google provides to every developer; they do not identify you to us.
Our watch faces are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including anyone under 16.
We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing to retain, export or delete. Uninstalling a watch face removes it and its settings from your watch. If you want to exercise a right under the GDPR or a similar law, or have any question, write to scanlystudio.support@proton.me.
